Our East Bay vacation rentals are close to many great places to eat and shop that you can reach on foot. If you need to go to the South Bay or the North Bay for work, you won't have any trouble doing so because our house is near major freeways and public transportation.
We live between San Jose and San Francisco in Union City, California. Union City, California, has the best weather all year out of all The San Francisco Bay Area cities.
Our luxury rental home in the East Bay has three bathrooms and four bedrooms. The house is on a large corner lot and has a large backyard with a pool, hot tub, gazebo, and gas-powered fire pit for relaxing evenings.
You can use the washer, dryer, and high-speed Internet for free when you stay in one of our vacation homes in San Francisco. The laundry facilities are on the lower level, near where you go into the garage. Please make sure to read the manual carefully before using this gear.
You can't put shoes or other solid things in a washing machine.
Our brand-new washing machines don't like to be overloaded, so we ask that you only put in moderate loads per cycle.
Please bring your own HE liquid detergents with you. You are welcome to use some of our detergents if you can't find any.

There is free high-speed Internet in every room of the house. The Access code is in the welcome package and on the refrigerator. Please get in touch with us if you have any questions or concerns.
Need to print right away
One of the rooms upstairs has a printer, free high-speed Internet, a washer and a dryer, and a washer and a dryer. Our visitors can use it if they need to print something quickly. When you check in, ask about how you can get one.
The main bedroom is large and has a California king bed. Bedrooms 2 and 3 have queen beds, and bedroom 4 has two twin beds. You can also use the fold-out twin bed in the closet or the Queen-sized couch bed in the living room. The house has seven beds so it can sleep up to ten people. Please ask us if we can host groups that are a little bit bigger.
