Why You Need An SMTP Server?

You cannot send an email to its intended recipient without an SMTP server.

When you click the "send" button in your email client, your emails are automatically converted into a string of codes and sent to your SMTP server.

The codes are processed appropriately, and the message is forwarded to the correct email address.

If there is no outbound SMTP server, the email message cannot be delivered to the recipient and may be lost during the conversion process.
Along with relaying SMTP email messages, the server verifies that the outgoing message is being sent from an active or working email account.

If the email cannot be delivered, it ensures that it is returned to the sender.

This action alerts the sender that he has entered the incorrect email address, or the receiving server blocks emails from the sender's ID.
