    Protein Vegan Chocolate Chip Cookies -

    2 cups Gluten free flour
    2 cups flour (gluten-free)
    2 scoops of Smooth Vanilla Clean Lean Protein
    1 tsp baking soda 1 tsp salt
    Baking powder, 1 tsp
    1 teaspoon vinegar (apple cider vinegar)
    chocolate chips (1 cup)
    3/4 cup sugar made from coconut
    nutmeg, 1/4 teaspoon
    a 1/3 of a cup of almond milk
    3 teaspoon of maple syrup
    vegan butter, 3/4 cup
    1 flax egg (1 tablespoon powdered flaxseed + 2 1/2 tablespoons water)

    Method -

    Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
    Combine the dry ingredients in a bowl.
    Combine the wet and dry ingredients in a mixing bowl.
    Mix until all of the ingredients are combined to form a dough.
    Place dough on a cookie sheet that has been lined or oiled.
    Preheat the oven to 350°F and bake for 25 minutes.
