For this role, we are looking for an engineering manager to develop and develop the Connect team and technology platform. You will be responsible for technology strategy, execution, and delivery of key parts of our experience with products used by thousands of customers. You will hire, train and develop a diverse team of engineers, and work horizontally with various teams throughout the company to inform the direction and roadmap. At Connect, you will be responsible for the products used by our largest customers to export behavioral data from the heap to their data warehouse. You will help your team develop a system that runs thousands of ETL jobs every day and extend it to Redshift, Snowflake, BigQuery, and S3. You will work with your team and our customers to create a new system that supports importing data from the warehouse, and you will work with product designers and managers to create a front-end interface to make configuring and managing data warehouse integration a breeze.
