Desktop support technician requirements: • Associate degree in a computer-centric discipline. • Strong preference is given to relevant bachelor's degrees. • Have experience in a desktop support technician or equivalent position. • Familiar with all TeamViewer functions. • The ability to provide IT assistance in person and remotely. • Excellent installation, diagnosis, upgrade and recovery functions. • Excellent vertical and horizontal thinking.
