    2. Fire as real emergency

In the United States, it is important that every individual must know the emergency number 911. Calling 911 will help you solve the problem. Of course, you might think that somebody has already called since the alarm went off but you can never be too sure.

    3. Never use elevators

    In fire safety trainings, the number one rule is to never use elevators in case of fire. Three major reasons embody this rule:

    o Occupants may die of suffocation when trapped in elevators as elevator shafts can be filled with smoke

    o Elevators, in most case, fall during fire and can trap occupants

    4. Meeting place

    Another important factor that must be considered is the meeting place. During emergencies, occupants must have a designated place so that everyone will be accounted for after evacuation. Of course, it should be away from the building.

    And the number one rule in safety training is for every building to have fire extinguishers within the facility. These tools help buildings set up "protection levels" for hazards and dangers that occurs during fire emergencies.

    Indeed, every item, every point, every factor must be considered during emergencies especially fire as these can wreak havoc not only to the building and its properties but also to the hundreds of lives that may perish.

Believe it or not, your hygiene can have a huge impact on your personal safety. Your hygiene can prevent certain illnesses or even injuries. It may also help to keep you from spreading an illness you already have.
