Renovating the Home of the Founders Parkway
The Founders Parkway is one of the most loved areas of Las Vegas. It's located between Southwestern Las Vegas Boulevard and Paris Las Vegas Boulevard. Another significant modification that was made to the construction of the castle-rock portion of the Las Vegas Strip was the removal of the existing ground level concrete ramps and sidewalks with granite pavers. The unique color pattern of these granite pavers blends in well with the surroundings. While providing aesthetic appeal and a more attractive appearance, granite also makes it more comfortable to walk on and provides a more smooth feel when it rains.
The Las Vegas Strip has a covered walkway that is a style change. The covered walkway was intended to protect residents from falling on the exposed root of the tree lined beach. This design can also help prevent erosion as rainwater is able to drain into the sea. Concrete sealants are not needed since the walkway's concrete is already in the ground. Instead, the pavers have a specific waterproof material that's non-slip and heat resistant.
