  How to fix it?

  The first solution you can try is to cancel all print jobs and turn off the printer. Again turn on your MAXIFY printer. The stuck paper will automatically come outside. If the paper is still jammed in the printer's rear cover, then go through the below solutions;

  1. Press the Stop or Cancel button and turn off the MB2320 machine to take out the paper.
  2. When Step 1 doesn't help, follow from Step 3.
  3. Move the MAXIFY printer facing the rear side toward you.
  4. Make sure the external component or protective material has been removed completely. I remain, take off everything.
  5. Slide the rear cover in MAXIFY MB2320. It'll open as soon as you move to the left side.
  6. Hold the paper and pull out very. Ensure you proceed with this slowly.
  7. When you successfully take out the paper, slide the cover to the right until both triangles align.
  8. Load the paper again and restart the MB2320 after tapping OK in the touchscreen display.

  How to reload the paper in MB2320 after clearing error 1314?

  After you fix the error 1314 through all the above steps, you've to check the size of the papers and reload it in the paper tray to start the duplex printing again. 

  • Make sure papers all edges are aligned and flat.
  • Cassette 1 of the MB2320 printer accepts all paper sizes, and cassette 2 allows A4, Letter, and Legal-sized plain paper only.
  • Slide the paper guide outside.
  • Align papers in the print side down and put them on cassette.
  • Align the paper guide towards the paper stack slowly.
  • Push the cassette and choose the loaded paper type and size.
  • Select Register.
  • Now, give a command from your computer to print a document.
