I believe they've discovered an aspect of MT 2K22 their game that they should lean into. I'd prefer they'd tap into that instead of providing us with many of these ridiculous sponsored missions and side-missions in MyCareer. Why is State Farm in this game? Are I paying for insurance? What's the reason why MyPlayer appear to be more enthusiastic about basketball than rapping?
It's fine in spots -- well they're no, not with the State Farm matter. This is just odd. But rappingand fashion, sneaker endorsements , and all the rest are all part of the game in a variety of spots. The game should be a bit less focused on those things and more about the thrilling basketball game we're playing.
Yeah, it's me, Mike. Everything in 2K22 aside from actual game play is only distracting from what the game excels at. Since I don't want to ball within The City at all, I'd like to say that I'd love it if they split the modes completely. That probably wouldn't be an advisable business move, but that doesn't mean it'll take place.
I'd like to see something along the similar to NBA 2K MT a MyCoach mode. Let me assume the helm of the team at high school and climb the ladder through college to join the NBA in a 2-K version of Football Manager.
