TIPS FOR FIRST TIME TRAVELLERS TO EUROPE …

Everyone dreams of travelling - be it alone, with family or friends. but nobody knows the work one puts in to earn the vacation and to sit and plan it out.ever wondered where to start and got stuck? makes two of us.

To start off this is what travelling is all about- it’s very beautiful to be able to go around the world and yes It’s very liberating, you get to know about different cultures and meet many people along your way. your souvenirs would be the many experiences you make which will forever be close to your heart.

Coming back, the first ones are always special. what am I talking about? your first vacation to Europe, yes that’s right.

Here is a short summary-  4 points that would help you plan your first Europe vacation better:

First things first, take it slow. now we know a vacation to Europe does not come cheap and that it means you would not be able to take another trip for the coming 8-10 months- but that’s okay. many countries at one go is not something that would give you a great experience to remember, it would all be blurry when you look back, I'm sure. which means you’d have to limit to 2-3 countries for a period of 10-15 days, which is okay.

Secondly, doing so also favours you- how? going around and covering all the monuments and the touristy stuff can get monotonous once you get a hang of it. how many more museums do I have to visit? let’s face it, it gets boring after a point. So plan out your breaks and figure out what are the things you actually want to do and all that can be skipped- we can’t eat the cake and have it too can we?

The third major tip would be to do your research on the best time to visit places- goes back to saying what sort of experiences you would look for, say Spain is wonderful in February rather than the summers with its beaches still being accessible. While I say this, we do want to keep in mind the value we get too. check up on flight rates, apartments instead of hotels at different months of the year and find out ways to make it as economical as you can. to conclude planning trips in winters will surely give you a little bit of added advantage in saving up and so does planning it 3-5 months earlier.

The fourth tip would be to get rail passes, which would save you from the pain of figuring out how to travel from one city to another. trains in Europe help you get connectivity to any parts there is and makes every city easily accessible for you. this gives you a lot of freedom to wing it at any moment but also gives you the taste of scenic train journeys.
