This is also a great hobby to implement if you feel overwhelmed in your life as this gives you a sense of control which is great for your mental health. By cleaning and reorganising your house you are making your house a safe environment as you will be able to remove your prevents pests from settling into your household as well as stop allergies being flaring up like asthma.

    Lastly, giving your bedroom a makeover is one of the best ways of switching up your life (except maybe for using soap bars). Did you know that by decorating your bedroom you will improve your sleep quality? This is because you are in a room that you have created and feel comfortable in. Another thing to consider when you are giving your room a makeover is to ensure that you can create a dark bedroom at night where no street lights can peek in. Studies have shown that darkness in a bedroom helps to stimulate melatonin which is the hormone used to help you fall asleep and promotes relaxation.
