While frozen vegetables do have the necessary nutrients you need, there are so many benefits that come with having fresh produce in your home. At the end of the day, as long as you are consuming your vegetable intake, you should be more focused on your time schedule and budget. Then again, having both in the house won’t hurt anyone – have the best of both worlds.
