Contemplating a Pharmacy Tech Career

    The iPod technology of kiddies and teenagers are undoubtedly probably the most technology informed therefore far. During my adolescent, through the mid-eighties in India, we rarely had access to computers. I took a pc school in 1987, at that your trainer used to provide people "demos" on an actual device about once weekly, and we never really set on a PC. Instead, we wrote methods and pseudocode, and were tried on the logic of our programs.

    Within my recent India journey, we visited a community college that my great-great-grand-father had established in our ancestral community in Rajarhat, near Calcutta, wherever he grew up. The head-master needed people about and explained they've 10 pcs, and pupils from 8th grade on learn data-structures, algorithms, AND they actually write applications in C <!-- x-tinymce/html -->techcareers .

    I was equally pleased and fascinated by how much in to the fabric of India - IT has built their way. In this case, the vehicle for this accomplishment is an academic outreach program from IBM. In the US, needless to say, we've an Affluenza era growing on computers from age 3 or 4. It's, thus, fairly frustrating to learn this post by Laura Tiffany, on the career preferences of today's kids:

    "The teenagers surveyed genuinely believe that advancement will look after such issues as clear water (91 percent), world starvation (89 percent), condition (88 percent), pollution reduction (89 percent) and power conservation (82 percent). In addition they think fuel and CDs are on their solution; 33 percent believe gas-powered vehicles will soon be removed by 2015 and CDs is likely to be merely a storage within 10 years.
