Digital Printing Fabric Shows Irregular Looseness

  The patterns of the same color on the digital printing fabric(WANSHIYITEX) are different in color and luster, and when the pattern area is large, the patterns show irregular loose sheets, transverse color bands and regular longitudinal color bands, which is called uneven color and luster of the patterns.

  Cause:

  1. When the scraper is jumping or slightly lifted during operation, the color paste left by the pattern on the layout will be applied to the digital printing fabric, resulting in a deeper horizontal color shift.

  2. During the printing operation, if the speed and pressure of the squeegee are inconsistent or uneven with the size, the size of the pattern will be more or less, and the color of the pattern with more size will be darker.

  3. If the printing table is partially concave or the printing plate layout is far away from the fabric on the printing table, the pattern will be insufficient in size and light in color.

  4. The uneven bending of the blade of the rubber scraper and the uneven pressure and amount of slurry during scraping will cause the patterns on the digital printing fabric to present regular longitudinal color bands with different shades.
