    3. Click on SAVE FILE.

    4. On the complete download, double-click airsupport_downloader.exe. The program will start

    5. running.

    For Mac, you have to install Trend Micro Diagnostic Toolkit;

    • From Spotlight Search, open Trend Micro Diagnostic Toolkit.

    • Look for the General tab and under this tab, click on Troubleshoot Now.

    • It will start downloading.

    • Install it on completion.

    If you have windows 10, then follow below steps –

    1. Open “Trend Micro Diagnostic Toolkit”

    2. Go to the Start menu.

    3. Next, go to All Apps and open Trend Micro Security

    4. Open Trend Micro Diagnostic Toolkit.

    5. User Account Control will appear, click YES.

    6. Click onDetails tab and then click on Trend Micro Troubleshooting Tool which maybe 3.

     

    If you have windows 8.1, then follow below steps

    1. Press the Windows key.

    2. Press T key.

    3. Type “Trend” and open Trend Micro Diagnostic Toolkit.

    4. Click onDetails tab and then click on Trend Micro Troubleshooting Tool which maybe 3.

     

    Using Start Menu 

    To launch the Troubleshooting Tool from Start Menu, follow the below steps –

    If you have windows 10;

    • Open Start menu.

    • Go to All Apps.

    • Open Trend Micro (version).

    • Next, open trend micro download Troubleshooting Tool.

    If you have windows 8.1;

    • Press the Windows key.

    • Press T key.

    • Type “Trend” 

    • Open Trend Micro Troubleshooting Tool and click YES.

      

    When you will launch the setup, wait for the troubleshooting process and then enter Token ID which

    you have gotten from Technical Support Engineer. Once you submit the token ID, click on connect

    button and solve the issue as per instruction.
