It is a rich source of protein and iron. People who have allergy from dairy vegan milk can use this fantastic substitute.     Soy milk

    It is also an excellent substitute for dairy milk, and it is obtained from soya beans by grinding them with water and adding some thickeners to enhance the consistency of milk and make it easy to store. It is almost a complete protein food which comes in two variances; sweetened and unsweetened. It is better to use less processed and pure soy milk. Unsweetened contains no added sugar so it might be the right choice. Products that go through more processes have more preservatives and artificial flavors, which are harmful to health and cause various hassles.     Almond milk

    Almond milk is obtained from almonds known as 'badam' in India, that’s why it is better known as badam milk in India. It is an excellent source of protein and calcium and is one of the best substitutes to dairy milk.
