As a cooperative with a history of nearly 100 years, Shanghai Jimei Food Machinery Co., Ltd. is committed to the long-term health of Milk Processing Plant and is committed to creating new products that consumers love. We provide a wide range of advanced equipment for our dairy companies.
    1. Milk sampler / spoon
The milk sampling spoon/spoon is a metal cylindrical container with a long handle for taking milk samples from even bulk milk.
It has different capacities depending on the purpose of the sample and the container from which the sample is taken. This is very convenient when sampling milk from a blender and other intermediate bulk storage tanks.
    2. Milk sampling bottle
The milk sampling bottle can be made of glass or plastic. Their capacity varies depending on the size of the sample to be analyzed.
They are designed to ensure maximum hygiene of the sample.
    3. Laboratory water bath
The water bath contains hot water for culturing the sample, the warming agent and the molten medium/matrix at a constant temperature over time. They can be digital or analog and have the option of controlling the temperature to the desired level.
Depending on the application, the different types of water baths available include:
    Vibrating water bath
These water baths are constantly shaken to mix the bacteria in the culture with the air for optimum performance.
    Circulating water bath
They continually circulate water and maintain a constant temperature, which is necessary for serological and enzyme-mediated reactions.
    Non-circulating water bath
They do not have the function of circulating water. They are not very precise in controlling temperature.
    Precaution!
Water bath water is rarely replaced. Ensure that the water temperature is raised above 90 °C at least once a week to purify the system.
Monitor the water level to avoid exposing the heating element. Use distilled water to adjust the water level to avoid adding salt, as salt can cause rusting of the elements.
Do not use a water bath with a moisture sensitive reaction as this may affect the results.
The equipment of the Milk Production Line is subjected to daily management inspection to ensure the normal operation of the instrument. Calibration should be accurate to avoid biased results.
