    • Always comb before bed:

    Just as brushing your teeth before bed is important, so is brushing your hair to maintain proper hygiene. Brushing out all tangles and knots before sleeping is the best way to protect your hair. It also helps in the morning time. Start brushing from end and then working your way up to the roots. This is a gentle and easy way to remove all tangles.

     

    • Apply a nourishing oil and/or mask weekly:

    Try using some conditioning treatment before sleeping weekly to provide nourishment and moisture to your hair.
