Eaton Char-Lynn Motor - Why Need: Ramjet Engine


The ramjet engine (referred to as the ramjet engine) is an air jet engine that is very simple in construction and can make a large thrust and is suitable for high-altitude high-speed flight. The Eaton Char-lynn Motor

  1.Aircraft

  2.Intercontinental missile

  Because ramjets can fly at high speeds and are economical, as long-range missiles, both military and economically considerate, so countries are actively engaged in research. There is an intercontinental flying missile
under study that has a flying speed of about 3.0-3.5 times the speed of sound and a height of about 21-24 kilometers. The range is more than 8000 kilometers.

  3. Medium-range short-range missile

  On medium and short-range missiles with ranges ranging from tens of kilometers up to 2,400 kilometers, ramjets are often used. Such missiles can be ground-to-ground, air-to-air, or ground-to-air. For example, there is a ground-to-ground missile with a ramjet engine with a flight speed of M=3.5, a flight altitude of 24 km and a range of 2,400 km. Another type of air-to-air missile is launched from a fighter plane and can be used to attack bombers or other aircraft at three times the speed of sound. There is also an anti-aircraft missile in production, which is launched from the ground at a speed of M=2-2.5. These missiles all use a ramjet engine as the power unit.

  4. Supersonic target machine

  In order to train supersonic target aircraft for fighter and missile weapon shooting, it is also very economical to use a ramjet engine because this engine costs much less than other engines.
